Refund policy

Claims for a return or refund within 7 days of purchase of receipt of the Goods and a copy of the invoice from which the goods were supplied MUST be presented. Goods MUST be unopen, unused with any tags attached to be eligible for a refund (less postage fees).  Customer to pay return of product postage fees.

If the customer fails to notify All Paws Pet Products within 7days, such claims are deemed to be waived.
All Paws Pet Products MUST be contacted BEFORE a return takes place, to determine if your order is eligible for a refund.
You will be required to provide images within 24hours of delivery, when making a claim for the below
a: Faulty/flawed item/s
b: Items received (missing item/s claim)
c: Damaged item/s out of date item/s
Upon receiving a return or exchange reference number, please label and post back the item to the below address.

Once we receive your item/s we will send you an acknowledgement. Providing the item arrives in its unused, original conditioning, including intact packaging as received from us. Refund or exchange will be processed.
Items that are being returned (new/undamaged) are required in a padded parcel to protect the content and be trackable.
Refunds will be processed using original tender type. Credit card refunds will be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase)
Please allow 1-4 business days for this process to be completed. You will be emailed once the process is complete.

As per consumer law we may sometimes be unable to accept returns items such as toys and other items where health and safety regulations prevent us from being able to re-sell items.
