Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Claims for a return or refund within 10 days of purchase of receipt of the Goods and a copy of the invoice from which the goods were supplied MUST be presented. Goods MUST be UNUSED with tags still attached , in a resalable condition, and clean and hair free to be eligible for a refund

Customers are responsibly for return shipping costsIf the item is not returned in its original condition  , the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS : Items must be shipped  back within 14 days of notifying All Paws Pet Products of return of item.

If the customer fails to notify All Paws Pet Products within 10 days, such claims are deemed to be waived.
All Paws Pet Products MUST be contacted BEFORE a return takes place, to determine if your order is eligible for a refund.
You will be required to provide images within 24hours of delivery, when making a claim for the below;
a: Faulty/flawed item/s
b: Items received (missing item/s claim)
c: Damaged item/s out of date item/s
Upon receiving a return or exchange reference number, please label and post back the item to the below address.

Refunds - Once we received your returned items, we will notify you via email of the refund decision after inspection. If your refund request has been approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed. 

Refund will NOT be approved if you:
  • Change of mind,
  • You found the item(s) cheaper elsewhere
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You didn't like the purchase
  • You used the incorrect payment method and/or incorrectly used a discount code
  • Any similar reason to the above

Items that are being returned (new/undamaged) are required in a padded parcel to protect the content and be trackable.
Refunds will be processed using original tender type. Credit card refunds will be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase)
Please allow 1-4 business days for this process to be completed. You will be emailed once the process is complete.

As per consumer law we may sometimes be unable to accept returns items such as toys and other items where health and safety regulations prevent us from being able to re-sell items.

ITEMS MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER:

You must check to see all your items in your parcel are there as soon as its delivered and  as you open your  parcel  to make sure  your order is complete and to ensure that ALL items are there and are what you ordered,  If you are missing items in  you ordered  then you MUST notify All Paws Pet Products immediately at allpawspetproducts@outlook.com
