Shipping details: 

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day if you order before 4pm,  or the next day if you order after 4pm (Monday to Friday). 

If you order on a weekend or a public holiday your order will be shipped on the next normal business day.

We currently ship with Australia Post so shipping could  take between 2-8 days

When will I receive my order:

When you place a order, you will receive a confirmation email, when the order has been shipped, you will receive another email and or text message with a tracking number so you can track your parcel to your door.

What if I need to cancel or change my order:

 If you make a mistake while ordering or would like to change your order, please email us at allpawspetproducts@outlook.com 

 

What if we can't find the items you've ordered?

If we cannot supply the items that you ordered, we will notify you immediately  and refund your payment.

 What if my item is damaged or broken?

We inspect all items before packing and dispatching them to ensure no item is damaged, broken or has missing parts before being sent to you . If your items arrives damaged, broken  or has missing parts, please contact us immediately with proof of damage, broken or missing parts and or a to return of item which may be required to obtain a replacement or refund.
